Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website [www.alitotulumhotel.com] (“Website”) operated by LA DIOSA GROUP TULUM (“us”, “we”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Bookings and Cancellations
All bookings successfully made through the Website are confirmed.
Look at cancellation terms by accommodation category at the time of checking out.
Payments
Payment for bookings can be made by credit / debit card, or paypal. Personal checks are not accepted.
Intellectual Property
The Website and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by LA DIOSA GROUP TULUM and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
User Conduct
Users are expected to use the Website in a lawful and respectful manner.
Prohibited behaviors include, but are not limited to:
Illegal Substances and Activities: The possession, distribution, or use of illegal substances and engaging in illegal activities on hotel premises is strictly prohibited.
Noise and Disturbances: Creating excessive noise or disturbances that disrupt the peace and comfort of other guests is not allowed.
Smoking: Smoking is not allowed in designated non-smoking areas, including guest rooms and public spaces.
Pets: Pets are not allowed on the premises unless they are service animals as defined by law.
Damage to Property: Causing damage to hotel property, fixtures, or furnishings is prohibited.
Theft: Theft of any hotel property, including furnishings and other items provided for guests’ convenience, is strictly prohibited.
Unauthorized Guests: Allowing unauthorized guests to stay in guest rooms, and the pool area without proper registration and payment is not allowed.
Disregard for Hotel Policies: Disregarding or violating any other hotel policies as communicated at the time of check-in or posted on hotel premises.
Weapons: Possession of firearms, explosives, or other weapons on hotel premises is prohibited unless authorized by law.
Disorderly Conduct: Engaging in threatening, harassing, or abusive behavior towards other guests or hotel staff is not allowed.
Misuse of Facilities: Misuse or unauthorized use of hotel facilities, including the massage area, swimming pool, and other amenities is prohibited.
Electrical damages: Guests are not permitted to use any electronic or gas appliances anywhere in the hotel and in the rooms.
Valuables: The hotel is not responsible for valuables that have not been previously deposited in the hotel’s reception safe.
Check in and checkout: Check-in time is from 3:00 PM. Check-out time is until 12:00 PM. In case of delay, an extra night may be charged, and belongings may be stored in case of absence. Upon check-in, the guest must provide a credit card to guarantee payment for any additional charges at the hotel; otherwise, extras must be settled directly after consumption or service.
Identification: During check-in, the guest must declare and provide identification for the individuals occupying the room and pay the extra person charges if applicable.
For the common good and the rest of all, guests are kindly requested to observe a period of silence and respect between 12:00 AM and 8:00 AM.
Admission: The hotel reserves the right to admission.
Limitation of Liability
Hotel Alito will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Website.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hotel Alito from any claims, losses, liabilities, expenses, damages, and costs, arising from your violation of these Terms.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Website, to understand our practices.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
